Hi, I'm Nina.

As a health coach, researcher, and educator based in Vienna, I work at the intersection of psychology, health sciences, and coaching to help people build sustainable health systems that actually fit into their lives.


With a background in psychology, I combine evidence-based tools with a practical approach—making healthy living feel less overwhelming and more achievable.


As co-founder of Fynn, I design coaching programs that centre self-reflection, bio-individuality, and behaviour change rooted in what health truly means to you.
